Welcome to EmPowered Horizons! We are thrilled to have you as part of our community. As an Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) approved provider of Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities throughout Pennsylvania, our mission is to empower individuals through innovative and person-centered support and services.
Founded by a dedicated Special Educator with over 18 years of experience in supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities through education, direct care, and early intervention services, EmPowered Horizons is committed to fostering inclusion and making a meaningful impact in the lives of those we serve. Guided by our core values of Empowerment, Inclusivity, and Collaboration, we strive to enhance the everyday lives of individuals with disabilities.
